We forget to remember our wellbeing

A timely reminder from Holly to look after your wellbeing.

Wellbeing, it's an everyday thing. We aren't too mindful of it but when we are it brings us a moment of peace..

We never cease to think of it, we're always so busy, no time for self care, no time for that sweet cup of tea during the day, no time for that meet up with our friends.

It always depends on our free time, do we ever think to book in that free time? ..

A day of doing nothing would be blissful but everything's too stressful to allow it.

We should put ourselves above the everyday stress but we seem to put ourselves below it.

We pressure ourselves to always be doing something but what if we just stopped for a moment to put ourselves first?..  To have that peaceful bath, to read that book collecting dust on the shelf, to listen to that favourite music.

Would it really take so much time away from that everyday life?..
